The American International School in Abu Dhabi (AISA) is a reputable, privately owned, for-profit international school in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) at the 29 th Street of the Airport Road (opposite Pepsi-Cola Plant), Al Rehan, Abu Dhabi. It was founded in 1995, and it offers a full education (Pre-Kindergarten to Grade 12).

AISA provides a two-tracked curriculum: a strong American curriculum with frameworks including the Massachusetts State Standards, Common Core State Standards (in English and Math) and Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS). It is also an authorized International Baccalaureate (IB) World School, which provides an IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) to KG to Grade 5 and an IB Diploma Programme (IBDP) to Grade 11 and 12. This special mix enables students to undertake either U.S. High School Diploma or IB Diploma, which equips them to join higher education in any country. The school is gender-segregated in the secondary school, except IBDP students.

The school is equipped with vast facilities such as the latest innovative classrooms, exclusive libraries (elementary and secondary students), specialized STEM and engineering labs, food technology room, and even an e-gaming room. To accommodate sports and physical development AISA has a fully equipped indoor gymnasium, a FIFA-standard football field, basketball, volleyball and tennis courts, running tracks, outdoor fitness areas and an Olympic-size swimming pool. AISA is fully recognized by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools (MSA) and the Council of International Schools (CIS) and has continued to earn excellent ratings of Very Good from the Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK).
