The company has a built up capability of producing 18,000 tons of steel castings annually which has helped it to become a leading provider of specialized manufacturing services. The products and services that the company provides are very wide varying between as cast and full machined components. Our products are valve, pump and engineered castings and we are able to accommodate a piece, weighing between 20 kg and 12.5 tons. Our state of the art facilities have three separate foundries and each of these foundries has its dedicated approach towards fettling, heat treatment and Non Destructive Testing (NDT), MPI, DP and Radiography. Our status as approved supplier by many oil & gas end users and Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) companies globally indicates the leading position we are taking on quality and compliance, and our recent NORSOK Rev. 4 approval on Duplex and Super Duplex grades adds a lot to this.
