Otantik Restaurant.

Otantik Restaurant is a treasured restaurant in Istanbul, Turkey in existence to commemorate the real flavour of traditional Turkish foods. Our restaurant focuses on a well thought out menu with an emphasis on the local cuisine and family ancestral recipes. The kitchen encompasses all the rich and diverse gastronomic culture of Turkey: From traditional kebabs that are grilled to perfection, to wholesome Anatolian stews and a wide variety of fresh mezes. Our mission is to provide locally made high quality ingredients to achieve a real and memorable flavor in each dish.

Due to our high regard to tradition and commitment to upholding the integrity of any one recipe, we have become the authorities for Turkish cuisine. Our chefs have extensive knowledge on the special spices, the way of making food and the history behind each food they prepare. It is thanks to this knowledge that we can provide a genuine dining experience which is not only about food but an experience of the gastronomic history of the country. This cultural immersion is also aided by the warm and welcoming ambiance of our restaurant that is coupled with traditional Turkish decor and making every meal an occasion.

Our trust formation has been successful with our guests as we have been delivering what we promised to produce quality and authenticity in what we do. Otantik Restaurant has a long standing reputation, which is the result of our uncompromising attitude towards quality of our food and our service. In our opinion, the real hospitality should be associated with the space that makes the visitors feel like they are at home and that they can have a real flavor of Turkey. We have made people believe in the quality and enjoyable food experience that we deliver to make us a favorite and a reliable brand of choice to people that want to enjoy an undiluted and classic food experience in Istanbul.
