The gym services comprised of a state of the art machine studio that was well equipped to offer both cardiovascular and strength training and this was accompanied with different group fitness programs that included kickboxing, indoor cycling and Pilates. The mission of Phoenix Gym was to help women by providing them with high quality coaches and a community that will help them change both physically and mentally. Its special mix of conventional gym services and a built in rock climbing adventure was targeted at the women who wanted to combine their regular fitness routine with something new, adventurous and helping in a women focused environment. This was its hallmark, this devotion to diverse physical excertions and peaceful, woman focused environment.
