Adom Restaurant is a highly rated food place in Jerusalem, where the advanced cuisine and a great number of wines are offered. It is in the historic First Station compound located at 41 Hillel Street, Jerusalem, Israel that used to be the old Jerusalem train station.

Adom enjoys a medley of French, Italian and Mediterranean inspiration and is all about fresh and seasonal ingredients. Through their menu, they have a wide range of food like seafood, fresh fish, fine meat, homemade pasta, and risotto. The reviewers tend to point out such dishes as gnocchi with porcini and chestnuts, pasta and calamari in curry and apple sauce, and seaweed risotto with calamari and split blue crab. The facility has a unique and classy atmosphere that is complemented by its sophisticated space yet described as a New York atmosphere, which consists of dark wood paneling, Jerusalem stone, and a bar with the wine bottles decoration. It provides many seating spots, one of them being a wide outside deck on the former train bar which is especially enjoyable during warm nights. The environment is usually crowded, and favored by both the locals and the tourists but built in a way that would allow one to make intimate chats.
